Compare up to 65536 exact raw-block bytes with a canonical raw-codec CID carrying a complete SHA2-256/512 digest. Return matches, canonical claimed/expected CIDv1, algorithm and byte count. Mismatch is a paid result. Refuse DAG/UnixFS codecs, unsupported hashes, malformed CID text/varints/digest lengths or carriers before payment; do not pretend a file CID hashes unencoded file bytes. Maximum 1024 CID characters and 511 binary CID bytes. No retrieval or author authentication.
